What you will do

• Take ownership of complex project delivery and ensure timely completion of mission-critical components.
• Integrate overall company vision into architectural and process choices.
• Refine UI/UX concepts and contribute to backend and infrastructure planning.
• Proactively ensure long-term code quality and architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building backend services or distributed systems.
• Ability to design, build, test, and maintain production-quality backend services and APIs.
• Participate in system & service design, making trade-offs for scalability, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and translate high-level requirements into implementation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define requirements and deliver features.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience in machine learning, AI, and LLMs.
• DevOps and infrastructure experience.
• Experience documenting designs, runbooks, and best practices.
