What you will do

• Take ownership of delivering complex projects and mission-critical backend components.
• Drive architectural and process choices to align with the overall product vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Frontend, UX, and Data, to define and implement features.
• Provide technical insights to refine UI/UX concepts and plan infrastructure development.
• Ensure long-term code quality, stability, and consistency with best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience building backend services or distributed systems.
• Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining production-quality APIs and services.
• Ability to translate vague or high-level requirements into detailed implementation plans.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical trade-offs and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Experience with Python, FastAPI, and GCP.

Nice to have

• Experience in machine learning, AI, and LLMs.
• DevOps and infrastructure experience.
