What you will do
- Own a portfolio of clients from onboarding through strategic gifting campaign execution.
- Build consultative relationships with sales, marketing, and HR teams to identify gifting needs and budgets.
- Meet or exceed quarterly platform adoption and client spend targets.
- Advise clients on gifting strategy and platform usage to maximize ROI.
- Train users on platform features to increase adoption.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to enhance client experience and identify upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be located in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales with proven goal achievement.
- Experience in subscription-based SaaS in consultative environments.
- Strong communication and influencing skills for strategic client conversations.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
