What you will do

  • Own and manage customer issues through resolution.
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Product Management on issue resolution.
  • Understand customer business needs and align with solutions.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and nurture customer relationships.
  • Track customer status and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experienced Support Engineer (tier 3-4) or Technical Account Manager from web/network/security companies
  • Strong technical skills in Networking, Routing, TCP/IP, Firewalls, and Packet Analysis
  • Experience with Cloud and SaaS technology providers
  • Familiarity with VPNs, IPSec, and security protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global team environment.
