What you will do
- Own and manage customer issues through resolution.
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product Management on issue resolution.
- Understand customer business needs and align with solutions.
- Maintain ongoing communication and nurture customer relationships.
- Track customer status and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Experienced Support Engineer (tier 3-4) or Technical Account Manager from web/network/security companies
- Strong technical skills in Networking, Routing, TCP/IP, Firewalls, and Packet Analysis
- Experience with Cloud and SaaS technology providers
- Familiarity with VPNs, IPSec, and security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global team environment.
