What you will do
- Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing enterprise sales teams focused on long-term culture fit and performance.
- Lead pipeline generation across multiple channels including outbound, marketing, sales development, and partnerships.
- Drive deal execution, forecast accuracy, and data-driven sales management.
- Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-value programs.
- Develop strategic territory and account plans to maximize customer value, renewals, and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships with customers and prospects to drive retention and upsell.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years enterprise sales experience with proven quota achievement in security, networking, or software solutions.
- 3+ years leading sales teams responsible for new logo acquisition and expansion.
- Experience closing complex, high-value enterprise deals ($200K–$1M+).
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Location: Must be based in the USA for remote work.
