What you will do
- Build a strong understanding of the programmatic advertising industry.
- Provide end-to-end customer service and account management for client needs.
- Deliver outstanding brief responses to clients.
- Coordinate with internal groups to launch new campaigns and troubleshoot existing campaigns.
- Analyze advertising data and communicate problem solutions to Ad Agencies, Trading Desks, Ad Networks and Brand Advertisers.
- Maximise the value of existing campaigns and deals and help drive revenue across all programmatic advertising formats.
Requirements

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, plus presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
