What you will do

• Plan and conduct audits across financial, operational, and technology areas aligned with the internal audit plan.
• Evaluate internal controls, governance, and risk management practices across business processes and systems.
• Assess compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Review critical systems for control design, security, and operational integrity.
• Provide risk-based recommendations and clear audit reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate findings and monitor remediation efforts.

Requirements

• Must have 8-10 years of internal audit or assurance experience, including financial, operational, and technology risk domains.
• CPA designation required; additional certifications (CIA, CISA, CISM) are advantageous.
• Experience in top-tier public accounting or consulting firm (Big 4 or equivalent) preferred.
• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, DeFi platforms, and crypto custody models.
• Familiarity with global digital asset regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
