Location: Remote from Canada. Employees can work internationally in eligible countries for up to 90 days per calendar year.

What you will do

• Serve as primary relationship owner for financial and bank partners, ensuring alignment on strategic goals.
• Lead negotiations on commercial terms, capacity, pricing, and yield.
• Provide strategic guidance on new product initiatives requiring partner involvement and drive internal alignment.
• Oversee hirify.global’s Treasury investment portfolio, executing strategy and monitoring performance.
• Monitor market conditions, rate environments, and credit markets to identify and manage market risk exposure.
• Represent Treasury in executive-level discussions, articulating partnership, market risk and investment management strategy, financial impact, opportunities, and risks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Treasury and/or front office Capital Markets experience with direct external negotiation and engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external relationships with financial institutions and capital markets counterparties.
• Deep understanding of banking and capital markets products, specifically deposits placement and FX/interest rate hedging.
• Expert in regulatory liquidity requirements (OSFI LAR, US LCR, and internal stress testing).
• Prior experience leading negotiations on deposit agreement, trust agreement, ISDA’s, GMSLA’s, GMRA’s, and similar highly structured agreements.
• Deep understanding of Treasury investment portfolio management and portfolio risk management.
• English: B2 required.
