Senior Director/Director - Corporate Deal Structuring (Web3): Architecting and underwriting bespoke liquidity, derivatives, and financing structures for digital asset protocols and ecosystems with an accent on complex commercial deal design and risk/return accountability. Focus on developing pricing frameworks, evaluating live structures, and advising clients on treasury optimization and risk management.

Location: Remote. Must be located within EU time zones (±4h). This role can be based in cities such as London, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Paris, Zurich, Madrid, Luxembourg, or Frankfurt.

What you will do

• Architect custom liquidity and derivative structures for token launches, treasury programs, and institutional mandates.
• Lead underwriting analyses, modeling deal economics and sensitivities, and evaluating post-trade performance.
• Evangelize new deal structures internally and align stakeholders across sales, trading, legal, risk, and compliance.
• Support Product and Engineering in designing and launching new liquidity and derivative offerings.
• Serve as the senior counterpart for foundations, protocols, and institutions seeking custom financial solutions.
• Advise clients on treasury optimization, yield enhancement, and risk management through financial engineering.

Requirements

• 10+ years in derivatives, structured products, market making, or investment-banking-style roles within crypto, TradFi, or fintech.
• Proven ability to design and underwrite complex financial structures with asymmetric payoff and risk management.
• Deep understanding of tokenomics, market microstructure, and protocol treasury behavior.
• Strong analytical and financial-modeling background (options Greeks, VaR, pnl decomposition).
• Strategic mindset with the ability to form directional market views and link them to deal architecture.
• Located within EU time zones (±4h).
