What you will do

• Manage daily margin calls, collateral reconciliation, and cash/crypto settlements.
• Monitor client exposures and escalate risks to management.
• Improve collateral and clearing risk management processes and controls.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with margin processes.
• Coordinate trade settlements and reconciliations with internal and external teams.
• Manage asset rebalancing and whitelisting across multiple exchanges.

Requirements

• Based in London area or Dublin with hybrid work arrangement
• 3+ years experience in collateral management, trading operations, or risk clearing, preferably with crypto assets.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, margining, and clearing processes.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for margin monitoring tool development.
• Fluent English required
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, etc.)

Nice to have

• Passion for digital assets and blockchain technologies.
• Experience with CEX and DEX asset transfers.
