What you will do
- Lead multiple onboarding projects simultaneously across various industries in the DACH region.
- Analyze client workflows and challenges to tailor onboarding strategies effectively.
- Manage communication and expectations between clients, developers, and leadership.
- Train client power users and ensure software adoption at all organizational levels.
- Travel regularly for onsite client visits and monthly HQ meetings.
- Identify and implement improvements in onboarding and training processes.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to travel regularly across Germany and to The Hague
- 3-5 years experience in customer onboarding or similar roles.
- Strong project management skills managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level required).
- Comfortable with software systems and able to explain them clearly.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
