What you will do

• Drive ad-hoc strategic and operational projects with Co-CEO and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Support stakeholder communication with clear and structured materials.
• Design and optimize processes and governance structures for scalable operations.
• Conduct market research and prepare strategic insights for leadership.
• Assist with presentations, documentation, and operational tasks within the Co-CEO Office.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Mannheim, Germany with hybrid work setup.
• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field.
• Work experience as a working student or internships in consulting, strategy, SaaS, or finance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with proactive work style.
• Fluent in German and English.
