TL;DR

Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (SaaS): Actively managing and developing a portfolio of Enterprise trade service companies with an accent on maximizing software value and driving customer retention. Focus on building senior-level relationships, solving complex business problems with strategic solutions, and identifying up-selling/cross-selling opportunities.

Location: Onsite in Chicago, IL, with <15% nationwide travel required. Candidates must be based in the United States.

Salary: $85,700–$114,600 USD (base salary for candidates in the United States, plus annual bonus and equity).

What you will do

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of approximately 35 Enterprise customer accounts with complex needs.
  • Gather intelligence on product usage and coach customers on best practices.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships to create a premium customer experience.
  • Solve complex problems with out-of-the-box solutions to strategically increase product value.
  • Analyze user engagement data, identify actionable insights, and report KPIs.
  • Organize hirify.global customers into appropriate segments for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of combined account and/or project management experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability for and interest in project management and analyzing data sets.
  • Adaptable team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide up to 15%.
