What you will do

• Provide expert technical guidance and strategic support to partners, enabling technical selling, designing, and deploying hirify.global solutions.
• Design and deliver training sessions, certifications, and enablement programs to elevate partner expertise.
• Collaborate with partners to develop and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical validations.
• Serve as a technical consultant, aiding partners in architecting and optimizing storage infrastructures.
• Collect and communicate partner feedback to internal teams, driving continuous enhancement of product offerings.
• Support partner-driven opportunities by leading technical strategies and coordinating with internal teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, partner enablement, or solutions engineering roles.
• In-depth knowledge of hirify.global technology, encompassing Scale-Up and Scale-Out architectures.
• Proficiency in storage automation, DevOps, AIOps, modern virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Superior communication and robust relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization (e.g., Portworx by Pure).
• Industry-recognized certifications in virtualization, cloud technologies, and third-party hardware/software solutions.
• Kubernetes-related certifications (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator - CKA).
