What you will do

• Develop and deliver software solutions that meet customer needs efficiently.
• Enhance products to deliver outstanding performance and value.
• Create high-quality code with a well-structured and maintainable design.
• Keep the codebase tested and secure.
• Profile and benchmark the codebase to identify bottlenecks and ensure operational excellence through monitoring and e2e testing.
• Provide guidance to other developers and act as a mentor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend software development experience building reliable and scalable systems in production environments.
• Comfortable working with containerized microservices and debugging in Docker or similar environments.
• Thrive in Linux-based environments and are at home in the terminal.
• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Solid working knowledge of databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ or NATS to build distributed systems.
