What you will do

• Build, test, and maintain backend applications in a cross-functional engineering team.
• Continuously improve the tech stack and help shape the architecture.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code using code reviews, CI/CD, and agile processes.
• Contribute to managing cloud environments (AWS, Docker, CI/CD).
• Learn and grow with mentorship, with potential to move into leadership.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of backend development experience, ideally building APIs in Python (or openness to switch to Python).
• Enthusiasm for AI and its business applications.
• Good understanding of Docker, AWS, and related services.
• Experience debugging and resolving production issues.
• Strong communication skills in English.
