Location: Hybrid work with 2-3 days per week onsite in Minneapolis, USA

What you will do

• Design technology solutions to support investment operations and accounting workflows
• Translate business requirements into high-level and detailed technical specifications
• Develop mappings and transformation rules across investment systems including PAM and Aladdin
• Ensure alignment of solution designs with system architecture and data standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements for system synchronization, reconciliation, datasets, and business logic
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog definition

Requirements

• Ability to work 2-3 times per week onsite in Minneapolis, USA
• Deep knowledge of investment products and asset classes (CMLs, RMLs, private securities)
• Understanding of PAM, Aladdin, Bloomberg, and financial system workflows
• Proficiency in SQL and JSON; knowledge of Python
• Understanding of Azure Data Engineering stack and Snowflake
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
