What you will do

• Build authentic partnerships with stakeholders from developers to C-suite executives to communicate the hirify.global platform vision.
• Design engagement strategies with Account Executives for large Retail/CPG customers.
• Mentor and coach junior architects and wider teams to build technical credibility.
• Integrate solutions across cloud ecosystems including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lead workshops, create customer-facing content, and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near London, UK with ability to travel 20-30% to customer sites and office.
• Experience in Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods sectors with understanding of consumer data and supply chains.
• Proven ability to manage complex, strategic enterprise accounts.
• Hands-on experience designing Big Data solutions on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala and willingness to learn Apache Spark.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and non-technical leaders.
