What you will do

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Global HR, Compensation, Absence Management, Learning & Performance, and HR Helpdesk.
• Support innovative change requests and partner with HR and Operational Excellence teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Align system changes with BAU calendar and HR processes.
• Oversee Oracle quarterly releases and facilitate playback sessions for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Data, and Integrations teams to ensure system design aligns with impact assessments.
• Develop and maintain documentation to support system integrity and user adoption.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
• Proven configuration experience in Oracle HCM.
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes.
• Ability to analyze complex HR requirements and design effective Oracle HCM solutions.
• Hands-on experience in cloud implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Excellent communication skills.
