What you will do

• Configure key Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Global HR, Compensation, Absence Management, Learning & Performance, and HR Helpdesk.
• Provide technical expertise to support change requests, partnering with HR and Operational Excellence teams.
• Align system changes with the standard BAU calendar to ensure consistency with HR processes and timelines.
• Identify and implement system enhancements that drive operational efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee Oracle quarterly releases and facilitate playback sessions for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements for configurations.
• Partner with internal teams (IT, Data, Integrations) to align system design and functionality.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and configuration workbooks.

Requirements

• Proven configuration experience in Oracle HCM is essential.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes.
• Ability to analyze complex HR requirements and design effective solutions within Oracle HCM.
• Ensure data integrity and security within Oracle HCM.
• Hands-on experience in cloud implementation, configuration, and customisation.
• Excellent communication skills.
