What you will do

• Provide first-line internal support for Business Central queries logged via the helpdesk.
• Investigate and resolve system issues, escalating complex cases to the Programme Coordinator or external partners.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge-base articles, FAQs, and user guidance.
• Develop internal training materials to improve system understanding and adoption.
• Assist with ERP improvement projects by organizing documentation, capturing decisions, and tracking purchase orders.
• Manage project diaries and coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify patterns and recurring issues.
• Clear communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Internal customer service mindset, being patient, supportive, and approachable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet BPSS level pre-employment screening criteria.
