What you will do
- Manage and grow institutional client relationships including hedge funds, VC firms, and token issuers.
- Drive client acquisition and build a dynamic sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop institutional strategies and community initiatives.
- Ensure proper internal and client reporting structures.
- Expand client-facing products and services in coordination with sales leadership.
- Incorporate market feedback into business development efforts.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Middle East (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) or able to work remotely from the region.
- Minimum 5 years of successful institutional sales experience in traditional and digital finance.
- Strong institutional network in crypto and traditional finance.
- Knowledge of financial products such as Options, Futures, OTC structured products, and Market Making algorithms.
- Education in finance, engineering, data science, econometrics or similar.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively.
