What you will do

• Lead product discovery and definition for a cross-functional squad including engineers, data analysts, QA, and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risk exposures, incident patterns, and trader requirements.
• Drive development of risk management, controls, monitoring, and incident response aligned with business and regulatory goals.
• Conduct research and competitive analysis on trading risk frameworks and operational resilience.
• Translate risk and incident requirements into actionable user stories with engineering teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to risk mitigation, response times, and system reliability, driving continuous improvements.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher
• Experience leading product development in trading, fintech, or risk management environments.
• Understanding of trading operations, risk concepts, and incident response processes.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and market making is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to synthesize and convey complex technical concepts.
• Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
