What you will do

• Lead market research and develop go-to-market strategies for AML products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align product positioning and messaging.
• Generate business plans identifying market opportunities for new and existing solutions.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and represent the company at industry events.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials and marketing collateral.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model with 2 days onsite in Hoboken, NJ, USA
• 7+ years in B2B enterprise or SaaS product/sales roles or 3+ years in AML programs at financial institutions.
• 4+ years of team leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in AML, KYC, and financial crime market segments.
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
