Location: Remote from United States or Canada

Salary: $236,000–$320,000 USD (US-based) or $215,000–$291,000 CAD (Canada-based)

What you will do

• Define and articulate the long-term platform vision and strategy for hirify.global products.
• Craft a cohesive roadmap connecting platform capabilities with company-level business outcomes.
• Identify emerging opportunities in identity, authentication, secrets management, and security infrastructure.
• Collaborate with PM, Engineering, Growth, and PMM teams to build and launch effectively.
• Partner closely with engineering leadership to deliver high-quality, reliable, scalable platform components.
• Prioritize ruthlessly using data, customer insight, and business impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years leading enterprise or platform products.
• Proven success defining and delivering B2B SaaS products for Admin or IT personas in security or identity domains.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and complex infrastructure.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of modern platform patterns (service-oriented architecture, extensibility frameworks, eventing systems, SDK design).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring product managers.
