What you will do

• Act as a trusted talent business partner, supporting workforce planning and hiring strategy.
• Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and candidate experience.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for strategic roles.
• Manage recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment workflows using Greenhouse.
• Partner with People and Marketing to amplify employer branding initiatives.
• Align hiring plans with business objectives and influence leadership decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on scaling in fast-paced SaaS, tech, ecommerce, or startup environments.
• Proven track record of owning senior-level or complex hiring processes end-to-end.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies, especially for niche or competitive talent markets.
• Consultative approach and ability to build strong partnerships with hiring teams.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with recruitment metrics and tools.
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
