What you will do

• Lead and manage a global presales engineering team, setting goals and fostering a high-performing culture.
• Develop and execute a global presales strategy, adapting to market trends and customer feedback.
• Maintain deep understanding of hirify.global's SaaS products to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure coordinated customer engagement.
• Serve as the ultimate technical authority for presales, addressing complex inquiries and customising solutions.
• Oversee product demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and assist sales in closing deals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solutions engineering or similar technical leadership within the SaaS industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional technical knowledge with ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
