What you will do
- Conduct market research on global manpower trends and recommend strategic markets for expansion.
- Generate and maintain a strong pipeline through targeted research, cold outreach, and follow-ups.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, lead negotiations, and secure signed Recruitment Agreements.
- Provide accurate client information to internal teams for smooth accreditation and onboarding.
- Log all leads, interactions, negotiations, and agreements with precision in CRM.
- Represent the organization professionally, ensuring only high-potential prospects enter the pipeline.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of business development or B2B sales experience, ideally in international recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or HR services.
- Proven success selling remotely and achieving consistent sales performance.
- Strong market research, analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management discipline.
- Tech-savvy with CRM tools, research platforms, email automation, and MS Office.
- Ability to build instant rapport and trust with international decision-makers.
