What you will do
- Own and deliver annual/quarterly revenue targets by managing qualified enterprise opportunities.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead complex deal processes including discovery, solution design, and commercial structuring.
- Build and deepen relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders and procurement teams.
- Drive sales methodology to improve win rates, deal velocity, and forecast predictability.
- Mentor peers and juniors on enterprise selling best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience in Courier Express Parcel and/or Postal Last Mile industries.
- Fluency in English and local market language is a must.
- Proven track record in enterprise solution sales to large organizations.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and CRM proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with public-sector tenders and RFPs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and sales cycles.
