What you will do

• Build high-quality frontend applications using React and Typescript.
• Implement secure data flows compliant with regulated environments.
• Create real-time interfaces for chat, voice, clinical workflows, and operational tools.
• Collaborate with design, clinical, QA, and backend teams.
• Ensure accessibility, clarity, and safety in UI elements.
• Maintain strict performance, latency, and reliability standards with test-driven development.

Requirements

• 10+ years frontend experience with React and Typescript.
• Experience building real-time interactive interfaces (chat, voice, agent UI).
• Strong frontend architecture and performance optimization skills.
• Experience in regulated or high-risk domains, preferably healthcare.
• Strong understanding of API integration, state management, WebSockets, OAuth2, and WebRTC.
• Excellent communication skills with structured and concise style.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with design systems for regulated environments.
• Experience with event-driven applications.
