TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based in Austin, TX with preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to Austin

Salary: $55,000–$73,000 per year depending on location and experience

What you will do

  • Execute multiple monthly field events including research, budgeting, catering, vendor coordination, onsite logistics, and promotion
  • Track event activities such as lead generation, inventory management, shipments, expenses, and vendor relations
  • Research regional marketing events and partnership opportunities to foster impactful collaborations
  • Optimize event communication and project coordination using marketing technology tools
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to align events with brand and budget objectives
  • Participate in marketing and community events managing setup, execution, and breakdown

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience with 2+ years in demand or lead generation
  • Experience working alongside fast-moving sales teams and managing multiple events concurrently
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with tools like Pardot, Zoom, Asana, Microsoft Suite, and Salesforce
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship
