Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading teams in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar.
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles at a B2B SaaS company.
- Track record of driving revenue growth, expansion, and retention.
- Passion for coaching and developing others.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complexity and guide a team through ambiguity.
