What you will do

• Lead the Engineering Cost Efficiency Program, defining roadmaps, budgets, and optimization opportunities.
• Drive large-scale, cross-functional infrastructure initiatives from design to delivery (e.g., database migrations, reliability re-architecture).
• Champion AI-driven tooling for engineering workflows, including LLM-based code migration/refactoring and ML anomaly detection for cloud costs.
• Establish operational excellence by defining and tracking KPIs for infrastructure health and efficiency.
• Translate complex technical challenges into clear business impact for executive stakeholders.
• Manage risks and dependencies in technical programs, ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Management.
• Deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS preferred) and SaaS economics.
• Proven experience leading Cost Efficiency programs or managing significant cloud budgets at scale.
• Experience applying AI/ML technologies to drive operational efficiency.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technical programs involving distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong analytical skills (SQL, Excel/gsheets) for cost modeling and anomaly detection.
• Ability to influence without authority and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant technical work experience.

• Background in logistics, supply chain, or high-volume transactional marketplaces.
