What you will do

• Design and build efficient models for predicting user interactions with ads and advertiser's pages.
• Design and oversee large-scale, long-term experiments to improve marketplace health using advanced statistics and machine learning.
• Design automation algorithms for advertisers using AI and ML to improve return on investment.
• Develop models for causal reasoning using techniques from AI, ML, and statistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years, Master's with 1+ year, or Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in statistical machine learning, deep learning, data mining, causal inference, information retrieval, game theory, mechanism design, optimization, and Bayesian inference.
• Solid software design and development skills.

Nice to have

• 1+ year(s) experience creating publications (e.g., patents, peer-reviewed academic papers).
• Research experience in statistical machine learning, deep learning, data mining, causal inference, information retrieval, and Bayesian inference.
