What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for high-performance recommendation systems and personalized feeds.
• Leverage large language models to create scalable, intelligent AI solutions.
• Drive data-driven experimentation using A/B testing and advanced analytics.
• Develop and optimize pipelines and infrastructure for real-time decision-making and predictive analytics.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Stay informed on emerging AI trends and integrate innovations to improve products.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Mountain View, United States with onsite work expectation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Strong coding skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience building and deploying ML models in production, preferably in recommendation or personalization systems.
• Excellent communication skills to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and growth engineering focused on user acquisition and retention.
• Familiarity with data processing tools like Spark and Pandas, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Expertise in personalization strategies and user behavior modeling.
