What you will do

• Drive core AI technologies and end-to-end production delivery leveraging state-of-the-art AI, especially LLMs.
• Address product challenges using deep learning and reinforcement learning approaches.
• Develop deep learning models for generative search, knowledge experience, and related AI scenarios.
• Define problems, establish metrics, and gather large-scale training data.
• Explore model design, architecture, learning objectives, and tasks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Beijing, China
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years or Master’s with 4+ years or Doctorate with 3+ years in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Experience applying deep learning, LLM, and RAG techniques with 4+ years in NLP/search areas.
• Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
• Preferred: advanced degrees with 9+ or 6+ years experience, LLM post-training and fine-tuning, RAG system experience.
