What you will do

• Build evaluation loops and dashboards for ML model performance and monitoring.
• Generalize ML solutions into repeatable frameworks and operationalize classifiers at scale.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define data schemas, access patterns, and governance.
• Write efficient, extensible code and model pipelines independently.
• Review data analysis techniques and highlight areas for improvement.
• Maintain a customer-oriented focus and serve as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near New York, United States, with onsite work expected at least four days a week
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• 7+ years writing production-quality Python, Java, or Scala code.
• 5+ years experience in distributed systems and large-scale data processing.
• 3+ years building ML data pipelines using AML, Promptflow, Langchain, or LangGraph.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
