Salary: USD $163,000 – $296,400 per year (typical U.S.) or USD $220,800 – $331,200 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area).

What you will do

• Own the desktop-class and web user experience for hirify.global's Copilot.
• Set the bar for Copilot experiences on macOS and web that are beautiful, accessible, and fast.
• Drive strategy and execution for cross-platform journeys that delight users and scale globally.
• Define performance and reliability KPIs (FMP, input latency, memory) and lead experimentation.
• Partner with Design on design-system alignment, accessibility, and internationalization.
• Coach Product Managers and evolve operating rhythms and decision quality across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in STEM or a related field.
• 8+ years in Product Management with a proven track record of shipping desktop and/or web experiences at scale.
• Strong system-level thinking across platform capabilities and browser constraints.
• Deep familiarity with macOS HIG and modern web app foundations (React, TypeScript, performance tooling) is preferred.
• Experience with AI-powered features and data-informed product iteration is preferred.
