Salary: $200,000–$340,000 USD (United States) or $260,000–$390,000 CAD (Canada BC & ON)

What you will do

• Own and continuously evolve hirify.global’s AI platform roadmap.
• Craft and deliver a unified AI product strategy across the platform.
• Monitor AI performance signals and translate insights into action.
• Run market intelligence for Gen AI, assessing competitive positions and pinpointing opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science) to turn market insights into live product initiatives.
• Define and steer Go-To-Market strategy for AI-powered products.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, Gen AI, ML, and Applied AI, including leading end-to-end product strategy.
• Strong analytical instincts with a track record of converting insights into high-impact product initiatives.
• Deep expertise in AI and its application in tech products; proven ability to use AI to unlock innovation.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaborator who communicates clearly and rallies diverse teams.
• Actively build fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity and accelerate progress.
• Location: Remote from United States, or British Columbia & Ontario in Canada.
• Valid right to work authorization required in the country of employment.
