What you will do

• Lead a team of software engineers to build modern applications, platforms, and services.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Define and execute plans for budget, resources, and tools to support business and evolve the product.
• Establish learning plans and motivate the team to foster innovation and collaboration.
• Define metrics to measure delivery on business and service level objectives.
• Anticipate and remove impediments as a servant leader for the team.

Requirements

• 8-10 years’ experience in software development required.
• Experience in software development consisting of architecture and implementing through code.
• Advanced knowledge of business processes, IT systems, infrastructure, and operations.
• Superior organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Ability to evaluate problems quickly and make recommendations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
