Salary: $119,800–$258,000 per year depending on location

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end web and macOS product scenarios including IA, interaction patterns, and component reuse
• Drive performance and reliability KPIs and support experimentation
• Partner with design teams on design system alignment, accessibility (WCAG), internationalization, and responsive behavior
• Coordinate dependencies across identity, payments, content, and safety for cohesive multi-surface journeys
• Report progress and risks to stakeholders and mitigate blockers
• Build telemetry, quality bars, and operational rhythms to sustain velocity and UX quality

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Mountain View, United States with onsite work expectation
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience with 5+ years in Product Management
• Proven experience shipping desktop/web products at scale with accessibility baked in
• Strong system-level thinking across platform capabilities, browser constraints, and performance tradeoffs
• English: Job posting in English, minimum B2 proficiency assumed

Nice to have

• Design/UX background with ability to read/write detailed UX specs
• Familiarity with macOS HIG and modern web app foundations (React, TypeScript, performance tooling)
• Experience with AI features and data-informed iteration
