What you will do

• Build and evaluate machine learning models for personalised recommendations and user engagement
• Support development and optimisation of incentives and reward structures
• Improve data pipelines and data quality in collaboration with analytics and engineering teams
• Contribute to documentation, measurement plans, and experimentation frameworks
• Define and track KPIs to ensure product impact
• Take ownership of smaller projects under senior guidance and collaborate with product managers and engineers

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin for on-site work
• Strong academic background in data science, statistics, computer science, or related fields
• Experience with Python, SQL, and machine learning tools like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Solid understanding of statistical modelling, experimentation, and data analysis
• Ability to communicate analytical findings and collaborate cross-functionally

Nice to have

• Experience with ML pipelines or cloud environments
• Exposure to incentive systems, gaming environments, or user behaviour datasets
• Interest in experimentation, automation, or consumer-facing digital products
