What you will do

• Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial reports for designated business areas, focusing on ROI.
• Support long-term financial planning and cost-saving initiatives.
• Analyze financial trends, key performance indicators, and operational metrics.
• Maintain and expand monthly financial and operational reporting for executives, the board, and investors.
• Ensure sound control over operating expenses by building relationships and helping business functions navigate costs and investments.
• Support enhancements in financial reporting, automation, and efficiency improvements, including ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis.

Requirements

• Proficient in financial planning, forecasting, structure, and insights.
• Able to manage, influence, and present to key stakeholders.
• Structured and coordinated work style with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced working in the technology industry, specifically in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
• Strong skills in forecasting tools (Pigment), accounting software (Netsuite, Xero), Excel/Google Sheets, and project management tools (Asana).
