What you will do

• Own end-to-end product strategy for dealer-focused CRM and lead management with AI-powered features.
• Define and achieve KPIs such as speed-to-lead, AI-qualified-lead rate, and revenue per opportunity.
• Lead cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI and autonomous agents responsibly.
• Develop event-driven data layers, APIs, and real-time automation systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and sales to launch impactful solutions.
• Analyze market trends and optimize products post-launch based on usage and revenue metrics.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada or able to work remotely from Canada
• Bachelor’s degree in product management, business, computer science, or related field.
• 6+ years product management experience with 3+ years leading CRM, marketing automation, or AI-driven workflow products.
• Proven success launching AI or machine-learning features such as conversational interfaces and predictive lead scoring.
• Experience with low-code orchestration, event-streaming architectures, API-first integration, and data-driven iteration.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
