TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal, with office presence up to 4 days per week

What you will do

  • Deliver technical support for hardware, software, network, and conferencing systems for Windows and macOS users.
  • Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) and administrate corporate cloud services like Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Zoom, and Office 365.
  • Manage IT stock and assets in Lisbon and EMEA, coordinating orders and vendor relations.
  • Support IT security incident detection, analysis, and response using security tools and endpoint solutions.
  • Lead IT onboarding and off-boarding processes and contribute to technological projects supporting company scale.
  • Create documentation and automate repetitive IT tasks to improve efficiency and security.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal with hybrid work model requiring office presence up to 4 days per week.
  • 3-5 years experience as Senior IT Helpdesk / IT Specialist in a SaaS organization.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows 10/11, including MDM solutions like Jamf and Jumpcloud.
  • Experience administering SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Zendesk, and Office 365.
  • Hands-on experience managing security tools including EDR, IAM, MDM, SIEM, and vulnerability management.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, service-oriented with ownership of IT operations for Lisbon and remote sites.
