What you will do
- Provide daily IT support for laptops, accounts, MFA, networking, and SaaS tools.
- Set up and manage device lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, repairs, and replacements.
- Maintain SaaS licensing and ensure device security compliance.
- Support remote and in-office employees with connectivity and hardware issues.
- Improve internal IT documentation and processes using ticket metrics.
- Collaborate with Security, People Ops, and Engineering on IT initiatives.
Requirements
- Must support distributed/remote teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience.
- Proficiency with Okta, Jira, MDM tools, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced startup environments.
- East Coast timezone availability preferred.
