TL;DR

Systems Administrator (System Engineering): Manage and scale operations tooling systems supporting human and digital workforce with an accent on user provisioning, access control, and compliance. Focus on designing efficient workflows, incident response, and maintaining secure access across multiple SaaS platforms.

Location: Hybrid work from hirify.global hubs in Santiago, Chile, Denver, CO, or San Francisco, CA with 2-3 days onsite weekly

Salary: 27,200,000 - 32,000,000 CLP (Chilean Peso)

What you will do

  • Own user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role changes across operations tooling ensuring timely and compliant access.
  • Manage credentialing workflows and act as primary contact for tooling access requests.
  • Resolve low-complexity tools and systems tickets and escalate critical issues.
  • Maintain access records, license inventories, and support audits and security reviews.
  • Coordinate SSO/Okta provisioning and enforce least-privilege access standards.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes across multiple SaaS platforms and assist incident response for tooling incidents.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid from hirify.global hubs in Santiago, Denver, or San Francisco
  • 2-4 years experience in operations, IT support, or customer experience tooling environments.
  • Familiarity with SaaS administration, user provisioning, role management, and access control.
  • Working knowledge of SSO/identity platforms such as Okta and Google Workspace.
  • English proficiency sufficient for global collaboration.
  • Experience handling confidential or PII data securely and in compliance with standards.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM or CX platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, MaestroQA, or Talkdesk.
  • Exposure to automation tools or scripting (Workato, Zapier, Python, Google Apps Script).
  • Experience working with distributed or BPO workforces.
  • Contributing to process documentation or internal tooling playbooks.
