What you will do

• Partner with Product Owners and Data Teams to drive analytics efforts.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports such as Product Reports.
• Analyze user behavior and key metrics to generate actionable insights.
• Design and build robust data models using SQL.
• Monitor metrics and provide recommendations to maximize KPIs.
• Give and receive feedback with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in Math, Data Science, Economics, or related analytical field.
• At least 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Experience in Product Analytics and advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, and BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Located within ±4 hours of CET timezone for optimal collaboration.

Nice to have

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience in Marketing Analytics, Python, R, GCP, BigQuery.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Airflow, and git.
