What you will do

  • Build and execute a high-impact sales enablement strategy aligned with go-to-market priorities.
  • Create engaging digital learning content such as sales playbooks and messaging frameworks.
  • Manage training calendars supporting onboarding, product launches, and ongoing development.
  • Deliver interactive training and coaching for channel sellers across the UK.
  • Design leadership programs to strengthen coaching and performance leadership skills.
  • Partner with sales leadership to embed enablement into daily workflows and improve seller performance.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or leadership.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills with ability to simplify complex information.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Analytical mindset to use data and feedback for program improvement.
  • Confident communicator capable of delivering virtual and in-person training.
  • Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom to work remotely.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or POS industries.
  • Familiarity with UK SME sales cycles and channel sales teams.
