Location: Hybrid in Berlin (Germany), Oslo (Norway), Copenhagen (Denmark), Utrecht (Netherlands), or Riga (Latvia). Candidates must already be based in, or have existing work authorization for, one of these countries as hirify.global does not provide relocation support.

What you will do

• Identify, investigate, and resolve anomalies in ARR and billing reporting.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to align forecasting with planning.
• Develop and maintain Sales and Customer Success performance dashboards.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales productivity and retention.
• Drive automation and self-service capabilities for commercial stakeholders.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English.
• Strong, hands-on professional experience (ideally 3+ years) with SQL, CRM systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• In-depth understanding of business processes within a SaaS organization.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders in commercial functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot for reporting.
• Data visualization in Tableau.
• Experience working with financial data.
