What you will do
- Own performance marketing analytics across Google, Meta, and emerging channels connecting acquisition data to subscription and LTV outcomes.
- Build and evolve marketing mix modeling and support predictive LTV/CAC models in collaboration with data science.
- Design and evaluate experiments measuring campaign incrementality, creative impact, and pricing changes.
- Partner with Performance Marketing to guide daily spend decisions and quarterly growth planning.
- Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for Performance, ASO, Monetization, and CRM teams.
- Develop dashboards and reports for marketing and leadership to drive data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years experience in performance marketing or growth analytics for consumer apps or subscription businesses
- Advanced skills in SQL and proficiency with Python, R, or similar analytical tools
- Experience with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution, MMM, A/B testing, and cohort-based LTV analysis
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and presenting insights to marketing and product stakeholders
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience in mobile subscription or freemium app environments
- Familiarity with Braze, AppsFlyer, or Adjust data pipelines
- Understanding of creative testing frameworks and campaign incrementality
- Exposure to data visualization and automation in modern growth stacks
