TL;DR

Marketing Data Analyst (Data Analytics): Drive analytical excellence across paid marketing, experimentation, and forecasting with an accent on performance marketing analytics, marketing mix modeling, and LTV/CAC predictive models. Focus on designing experiments, translating data into actionable insights, and partnering with marketing teams to optimize campaign ROI and subscriber value.

Location: Hybrid work setup in Berlin with collaboration across Helsinki and Berlin offices

What you will do

  • Own performance marketing analytics across Google, Meta, and emerging channels connecting acquisition data to subscription and LTV outcomes.
  • Build and evolve marketing mix modeling and support predictive LTV/CAC models in collaboration with data science.
  • Design and evaluate experiments measuring campaign incrementality, creative impact, and pricing changes.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing to guide daily spend decisions and quarterly growth planning.
  • Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for Performance, ASO, Monetization, and CRM teams.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for marketing and leadership to drive data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years experience in performance marketing or growth analytics for consumer apps or subscription businesses
  • Advanced skills in SQL and proficiency with Python, R, or similar analytical tools
  • Experience with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution, MMM, A/B testing, and cohort-based LTV analysis
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and presenting insights to marketing and product stakeholders
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Experience in mobile subscription or freemium app environments
  • Familiarity with Braze, AppsFlyer, or Adjust data pipelines
  • Understanding of creative testing frameworks and campaign incrementality
  • Exposure to data visualization and automation in modern growth stacks
