TL;DR

Data Steward (BI/SQL): Shaping how data is collected, stored, and leveraged to drive business decisions with an accent on designing, developing, documenting, and maintaining efficient BI solutions using Looker, SQL, and Python. Focus on proactively building tools and processes to monitor and flag data quality issues and identifying areas for improvement in data infrastructure.

Location: Hybrid. Candidates have the option to work remotely or from modern offices in Tallinn, Estonia or Riga, Latvia.

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand business requirements.
• Design, develop, document, and maintain efficient BI solutions using Looker, SQL, and Python.
• Perform impact analysis of new business requirements on the existing BI landscape.
• Proactively build tools and processes to monitor and flag data quality gaps and issues within BI applications.
• Develop solutions enabling self-service analytics and identify areas for improvement in data infrastructure, quality, and management processes.
• Provide training and support on utilizing BI tools and solutions effectively.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer/Data Analyst.
• At least 2 years of experience building and enhancing Looker applications and administration.
• Well-versed in Python and SQL coding, with skills in data modeling and business logic processes.
• Experience with DWH design.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• English: B2 required.
